League of Gentlemen fans gathered in Trafalgar Square on Tuesday to protest about the destruction of the fictional town of Royston Vasey.
The new film 'The League of Gentlemen's Apocalypse', released on Friday through UIP, depicts Royston Vasey and its inhabitants facing their final days in a hail of fire and brimstone, prompting these die-hard League-lovers to take to the streets and voice their concern.
The protest took the style of a 'Flashmob', with the relative peace of Trafalgar Square interrupted by banner-waving and chanting for exactly three minutes, before the crowd dispersed and vanished as quickly as it had arrived.
