Over the years, Winnie the Pooh has appeared in a number of films released by Disney – including 1977’s The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, 2000’s The Tigger Movie, and 2003’s Piglet’s Big Movie. 2011's Winnie the Pooh has clearly been designed to introduce A.A. Milne’s beloved creation to a whole new generation of moviegoers, although it’s just as apparent that long time fans of the big yellow bear will find just as much to embrace here as newcomers (if not more).
