The oldest film festival in Wales, a mature 16 years, in Europe's youngest Capital - a marriage made in heaven! In 2005 Europe's youngest Capital, Cardiff, will be celebrating 100 years as a city and 50 years as the capital city of Wales. However, the Cardiff Screen Festival intends to start the celebrations early (any excuse for a party!) with a feast of big screen entertainment. The 10 day festival looks forward to inviting the world to Cardiff and present the best of Welsh to the world.
