As the movie opens, Paul Vitti is being let out of Prison. Undoubtedly, he'll be needing to see his analyst, Dr. Ben Sobel, but what may surprise him is that now, Sobel is the one who needs an analyst, as the stress of taking over the family practice following the death of his father bears down on him. Meanwhile, Paul tries to adjust to non-mafia life, eventually taking a job as a consultant on a TV about... the mafia.
