MTV was forced to juggle its programs Monday when the Britney Spears video Stronger, which the channel had promoted for weeks, failed to arrive. A spokesman for Jive Records said that production of the video, which had been scheduled to air at 4:30 p.m. as part of MTV's Making the Video show, had not yet been completed. The entire program was to have been devoted to the Spears video.
