LATEST: Party goers have been expressing their shock at the shooting of a top actor at a Los Angeles Halloween celebration.

ANTHONY DWAIN LEE, 39, JIM CARREY's co-star in the film LIAR LIAR, was shot dead by a policeman after he pointed a fake prop gun at him when authorities were called to investigate a noise disturbance at the party at a West Los Angeles mansion early Saturday morning (28OCT00).

And party host RICK HULL has expressed his horror and disbelief at the incident, saying, "It was in everyone's mind shocking that somebody who's that peaceful could have died such a violent death."(JXL/AB/CPT)
