Adam Sandler To Star In Frank Capra Re-Make


Adam Sandler is set to star in a remake of FRANK CAPRA's MR DEEDS GOES TO TOWN. The film is expected to be directed by STEVE BRILL, who also worked with Sandler on LITTLE NICKY. The new version of the 1936 original will be titled simply DEEDS. The story is expected to centre on a small town poet who inherits a small fortune, moves to New York City and sets Gotham society agog with his unsparing honesty. (RGS/WNWCAN)
