Warner Bros.' effort to showcase a new digital projection system by re-releasing The Perfect Storm at two DP-equipped theaters in New York and Los Angeles (Burbank) over the weekend failed even to attract technophiles. Saturday night's 7:30 p.m. screening of the movie -- already released on home video -- attracted only 11 persons at the Burbank venue.
