MICHAEL DOUGLAS is to sell off his movie memorabilia collection on the Internet - to raise more cash for his favourite charities.

The BASIC INSTINCT actor will use his official website, which reported all the news about, and published pictures of, his love affair with CATHERINE ZETA JONES and the birth of his son DYLAN.

Spokesman ROBERT MITAS says, "We want him to write journals from the sets of his movies and there will be exclusive pictures posted on the site. "But he'll also be going through his movie archives and selling stuff via Internet auctions. We've asked him to go through his wardrobes and closets and see if there are clothes and posters he can sell off."
