Ballots for the 2001 Oscar nominations are due to be mailed out on Tuesday to the 4,253 voting members of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Some 242 feature films are eligible, the Academy said. Winners of the nominations are due to be announced on Tuesday, Feb. 13.
