Jada Pinkett Smith To Wed Will In Ali Film

WILL SMITH is bringing reality to the screen in his new film - he will wed his own wife JADA PINKETT SMITH.

Jada has been brought on board for the new MUHAMMAD ALI biopic, ALI, and will play the legendary boxer's first wife SONJI ROI, a cocktail waitress and model who married Ali in 1964.

Her conflict with the enigmatic cultural icon's extreme loyalty to radical organisation THE NATION OF ISLAM was blamed for the end of their marriage less than two years later (66).

Pinkett Smith will film her role in Ali before flying to Australia to join the cast of the MATRIX sequels. (NFA/WNWCAN/CPT)
