Disney are planning to produce a stage version of the hit film THE DEAD POETS SOCIETY.

The film giants are best known for cartoons but have also branched out into dramas. MARK BRAMBLE will direct Dead Poets Society. He says of the film, "Even though it has moments of tragedy, it leaves audiences feeling uplifted and ready to conquer the world. It has the most beautiful philosophy of life." Bramble is best known for directing a successful Broadway revival of 42ND STREET. (RP/WNWCAN/PDD)
