DAME JUDI DENCH will wear a dress by an Indian designer for the Hollywood's OSCARS ceremony this Sunday (25MAR01).

The British actress will choose from three hand-embroidered outfits by India's leading fashion design duo. It is the third year in a row Bombay-based SANDEEP KHOSLA and ABU JANI have designed ensembles for the actress.

She must chose from three dresses inspired by traditional Indian costume. One is described as skin and blue, another is in black and red, and the third is in beige with gold and off-white. Khosla says, "We have sent three full-length dresses for Judi which are in Los Angeles now. "Judi loves our clothes. She says she feels like a queen when she wears our clothes. We told her we would love to dress her for this year's Oscars." (RGS/WNWC/KW)
