JULIA ROBERTS's film company SHOELACE PRODUCTIONS has joined forces with REVOLUTION STUDIOS to buy an unfinished romantic comedy novel.

The manuscript of the novel, by LAURA ZIGMAN, was sent out selectively last week (ends06APR01) under the working title HER, and was swiped almost immediately by the companies. Other productions for Revolution and the OSCAR-winning actress's company include PROJECT 3, the drama that will re-team Roberts with scriptwriter JOEL WYMAN and director GORE VERBINSKI, her cohorts on MEXICAN, The (2001).
