NADER WINS "PRICELESS" VICTORY
A federal judge in New York Tuesday awarded Ralph Nader a priceless victory in his legal battle with MasterCard over his parody of the company's "priceless" ad campaign for his presidential campaign advertising. U.S. District Judge George B. Daniels rejected MasterCard's request for a temporary restraining order to prevent the Nader campaign from continuing to do its take off.
