A man who has been stalking actress TATUM O'NEAL after getting too close to her on the set of her new movie SCOUNDREL'S WIFE, THE (2002) has been arrested and jailed in Louisiana. According to America's NATIONAL ENQUIRER magazine, the 38-year- old crab fisherman was signed up as an extra on the set of the film and started passing notes to Tatum. Police were called when he allegedly handed a note to a crew member and said threateningly, "Tell Tatum I mean business. " (KL/NE/MCM)
