Hollywood star MICHELLE PFEIFFER hates that men in the movies make more money than women - but she's not losing any sleep over it.
The beautiful PERFECT DAY star admits it bothers her that co-star HARRISON FORD was paid $20 million (£13.2 million) to her $15 million (£9.9 million) for WHAT LIES BENEATH, even though she
dominated the complex film - but her feminist feelings don't distract her from family, which is more important.
She explains, "There is a disparity, but we're getting there. You know, I don't sit at home in tears, because I do very well.
"An actor of Harrison's stature gets paid a lot because he's had a string of films over many years that have done fabulously well. I have no problem with that.
"In general terms, women get a raw deal, but I am now of an age where I have decided to make a film every one-and-a-half years or so.
"It's more important to be with my husband and children than to squabble over how much we get paid."
