Scotland may have its first motion picture studio as part of a $40-million government package to boost the country's film, TV, publishing, music and architecture enterprises, the London Daily Telegraph reported today (Friday).

The studio would be part of a digital media center planned for Glasgow. Marketing offices would also be established in London and New York.
