ROBERT DE NIRO fulfilled his career dream when he teamed up with MARLON BRANDO on the big screen. The pair have plenty in common, having both played gangster DON VITO CORLEONE in the 70s - De Niro in Godfather Part II, The (1974) and Brando in the original mob film - but they've never worked together.

But now they've teamed up for the first time in SCORE, The (2001), to be released later this year (01), and De Niro admits it's a dream come true for him.

He says, "I always felt that one day we would work together, I just wasn't sure when it would happen. " De Niro adds that working with Brando has been a truly experience, gushing, "It's his smile, his intensity and his humour. "(MB/WNV/KW)
