Despite being paid millions for each of her movies, MEG RYAN is still thrifty when it comes to food. The beauty met up with a gaggle of girlfriends for an expensive lunch yesterday (29AUG01) at Los Angeles exquisite IVY restaurant - and made sure there was no left-overs.
