Film star GWYNETH PALTROW caused a scene in a swanky restaurant - thanks to her actor boyfriend's good manners. The SHAKESPEARE IN LOVE (1998) star fell on her backside after failing to notice that her boyfriend LUKE WILSON had politely pulled out her chair for her.
