She claims to b in great health and spirits, following two publicized break--downs.

The singer/actress' new film Glitter (2001) flopped at the box office, sending Mariah further into her depression.

Now, fresh from hospital with a new lease of life, Mariah is ready to face the world.

"I've always worked too hard. It wasn't until I became
exhausted that I realised I was neglecting me."
