Cruise revealed he's come a long way since the split was announced. And although he's involved in a new relationship with actress Penélope Cruz, the actor insists he still has strong feelings for his ex-wife.

He says, "I've learned a lot about myself. I've learned that change isn't always a bad thing, that sometimes you have to confront things for everyone.
