TOM CRUISE and his girlfriend Penélope Cruz have shown they're no longer hiding their love away after being caught passionately kissing in public. Cruise, who started dating the Spanish beauty after splitting from NICOLE KIDMAN, his wife of ten years, has always been careful not to display his affection for Cruz in public.

But the pair, who have been dating for six months, made no attempt to hide their feelings as they enjoyed their first public smooch on a shopping trip in Los Angeles. An fellow shopper who spotted the stars' steamy clinch says,
