Actor WESLEY SNIPES has been hit by a paternity suit which will be heard in the same court as Rolling Stone MICK JAGGER's.

The Demolition Man (1993) star will replay the rocker's experiences with Brazilian model Lucinda Morad over love child Lucas, but the New York Family Court records are currently sealed so details of the case will not emerge until it is heard by examiner David Kirshellum Snipes shares custody of his 13-year-old son, Jelani Asar Snipes, with his ex-wife April from whom he was divorced in 1990.
