A Los Angeles store is cashing in on WINONA RYDER's shoplifting arrest by producing special T-shirts and car stickers - bearing the slogan 'Free Winona'. The Y Que shop in the exclusive Silverlake district pulled in hoards of customers eager to buy the T-shirts for presents in the Christmas (2001) run-up.

More than 1,000 car stickers were also sold. So far the company has refused all offers to produce the unique top for other retailers, as they wait to see what happens when the Girl, Interrupted (1999) actress appears in court again on 19 January (2002). (KW/WNTSP/NFA)
