Missing 10 Seconds Could Be A Problem For Winona


Ten seconds of missing videotape surveillance could damn WINONA RYDER in court. Prosecutors at the Los Angeles District Attorney's office claim the 10 seconds of film that haven't been seen in the surveillance footage released to media earlier this week (begs11th March 2002) will prove Ryder is guilty of shoplifting.

The clip was one of five items handed over to defence attorneys yesterday (14th March 2002) - along with a stinging attack about the surveillance video's release. A spokeswoman for the prosecution says, "It is distressing that the video was leaked to the media. " Prosecutors claim the missing video footage catches Ryder using scissors to cut tags off items.
