Law & Order creator-producer Dick Wolf is in talks with Time Inc. to launch a crime-story monthly magazine, the New York Post reported Sunday.

According to the newspaper, the idea for the publication, which would bear the name of the TV series, originated with magazine designer Walter Bernard and onetime Life editor Jay Lovinger.
