FATAL ATTRACTION star GLENN CLOSE, 53, is to marry actor ROBERT PASTORELLI before the end of the year (00).

The actress, who is set to hit the big screen as CRUELLA DE VILLE in follow-up film 102 DALMATIONS, has been dating MURPHY BROWN star Pastorelli, 46, for a year.

A close friend says, "Robert plans to leave LA to live with Glenn on the east coast. "He went through a difficult period 18 months ago when his girlfriend CHAREMON JONOVITCH - the mother of his daughter - accidentally shot herself. "Glenn has been very supportive. Now he's making the ultimate commitment to her."
