Ryder Back in Court

Actress Winona Ryder was back in court in Beverly Hills on Friday to discuss her shoplifting arrest and it was all good news. A Los Angeles judge reduced criminal theft charges against her to misdemeanors - after noting she has served 480 hours of community service at a California hospital after being sentenced for shoplifting for her December 2001 incident.

Ryder, who was in court for her latest hearing, thanked the judge for his time. She's now on unsupervised probation. The Girl, Interrupted star was sentenced to three years probation in December 2002, following her arrest for stealing $5,500 worth of clothing from Beverly Hills' Saks Fifth Avenue store.
