Harry Potter stars complete the series

Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson have signed up to appear in the final two Harry Potter films.

There had been rumours that one or more of the trio might not want to complete the series.

But all three have now agreed to be in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

Warner Bros spokesman Jeff Robinov told Variety.com: "It would be inconceivable to imagine anyone else in the roles with which they have become so identified."

Radcliffe, who plays Harry Potter, was only 12 when he appeared in the first movie but will be over 20 by the time the final one is released, probably not until 2009 at the earliest.

Watson plays Hermione Granger and Grint stars as Ron Weasley.

They will next be seen in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, which is out in the UK on July 13.
