Lindsay Lohan is being sued for assault and negligence by a woman who was a passenger in a car the troubled actress allegedly chased while under the influence last month. Tracie Rice filed her lawsuit against Lohan, who is currently in a Utah rehab facility, in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday.

She is suing for intentional infliction of emotional distress, and is seeking unspecified damages and payment of expenses including medical treatment. Rice says, "What Miss Lohan did that night was extremely dangerous and reprehensible. Someone could easily have been killed or seriously hurt because of her irresponsible decisions that evening. (She) put me through one of the most frightening experiences of my life."
