Guy Ritchie was left furious following a meeting with studio bosses in charge of his Sherlock Holmes movie - after they demanded the British director re-shoot five weeks worth of filming.
Madonna's ex is currently shooting the movie in London, with Robert Downey Jr playing the iconic detective and Jude Law taking on the role of the super sleuth's sidekick Watson.
But Ritchie's filmmaking has been heavily criticised by studio executives at Warner Bros. - who ordered the director to scrap weeks of work that wasn't up to scratch, according to Britain's The Sun newspaper.
A source tells the publication, "It's disastrous news, but Guy has promised to fix it."
