American actress WHOOPI GOLDBERG is getting ready to make business man MICHAEL VISBAL her fourth husband. Even though Goldberg's been unlucky in love, pals say she's sure Visbal is the one for her.

The pal says, "Whoopi is sexy, funny, talented, sharp, wealthy and all woman. She told me she wants to wake up with someone who's going to be around for a long time."

Whoopi, 50, has married and divorced counsellor ALVIN MARTIN, director DAVID CLAESSEN and union boss LYLE TRACHTENBERG. She also dated TED DANSON in the early 1990's and was living with actor FRANK LANGELLA until six months ago.
