Uma Leaves Ben Chaplin Cold

Actor BEN CHAPLIN loved his on-screen chemistry with gorgeous female co-stars NICOLE KIDMAN and WINONA RYDER - but UMA THURMAN left him cold.

THE TRUTH ABOUT CATS AND DOGS star, who recently teamed up with Ryder for demonic horror LOST SOULS, insists his on-set relationship with the GIRL, INTERRUPTED actress translated into sizzling chemistry. He says, "She is a really clever girl. She has a really naughty sense of humour too. She has been famous for so long that she has to let her guard down - but once she does, she is especially funny when doing the sexy ingenue." And the British hunk looked forward to every day of filming the upcoming BIRTHDAY GIRL with Kidman, because they "genuinely have chemistry."

But Chaplin admits he struggled working with gorgeous PULP FICTION star Uma in The Truth About Cats And Dogs. He says, "I wouldn't pick Thurman out. I don't think she would pick me either. My dad thought the same - he wasn't attracted to Thurman." (SXH/MV/NFA)
