Singer rubbishes Berry X-Men claims.

Bryan Singer has denied that Halle Berry's scenes have been cut from X-Men: Days Of Future Past.

The Oscar-winning actress' part as Storm in X-Men: Days Of Future Past was cut down during post-production to just one scene, claimed the New York Daily News.

But the director tweeted a firm "No" when asked if the stories were true.

Halle has previously revealed that her pregnancy had been a challenge for filmmakers while shooting the follow-up to X-Men: First Class.

She said: "My ever-growing belly was posing a constant challenge. What I could do was getting more limited so the role that I play is so different from what it could have been, due to my surprise pregnancy."

Meanwhile, Bryan also revealed that the third film in the series, X-Men: Apocalypse, will be the most "destructive" movie.

"Apocalypse will have more of the mass destruction that X-Men films, to date, have not relied upon. There's definitely now a character and a story that allow room for that kind of spectacle," he told Total Film.

Apocalypse, which will be the filmmaker's fourth X-Men film, is tipped to look at the idea of ancient mutants in the 80s. Bryan teased that he could bring younger versions of familiar characters like in Days Of Future Past.
