Beautiful ELIZABETH HURLEY is grateful she has split with longterm lover HUGH GRANT for at least one reason - it means the luscious lovely can eat in bed.

She confesses she likes nothing more than going to bed at 7pm on her own with a bottle of wine and some food. She says, "When you are going out with a boy they always insist on eating dinner. "If you are by yourself, you can go to your room and just eat pretzels and drink wine - and I can eat in bed.
