Lochlyn Munro - Details

Biography

Munro captured the attention of critics and audiences alike in the Paramount comedy A Night at the Roxbury. In A Night at the Roxbury, he portrayed a physical trainer, who works at the gym the Butabi Brothers frequent.

In addition, he has a recurring co-starring role on the WB series Charmed, in which he plays the boyfriend to Shannon Doherty’s character. Munro also has lead roles in the independent film Camouflage, opposite Leslie Nielson, and the independent drama Heresay.

Born and raised in British Columbia, Canada, Munro excelled in hockey, playing in the Western Hockey League. When he was injured playing the sport, he turned his attention to acting, landing his first audition with a role on the Fox drama series 21 Jump Street. He continued to work steadily in Canada, and was a series regular on the popular teen drama series Northwood for four seasons. His additional television credits include the Stephen J. Cannell syndicated drama series Hawkeye and Two. Munro’s telefilm credits include I Know What You Did, Stand Against Fear, and Abduction of Innocence.

Munro made his feature film debut in Cadence, directed by Martin Sheen. His additional feature credits include the Academy Award-winning western Unforgiven, Needful Things, and Wagons East.

Munro is married and currently lives in Los Angeles.
