Jon Davison - Details

Biography

Jon Davison began his film career at NYU under the tutelage of Martin Scorsese. Davison did his post-graduate work at Roger Corman University, where over a period of five years he wrote scripts and served as director of marketing and executive in charge of production. It was during this time that he also produced the first feature films of directors Ron Howard, Joe Dante and Allan Arkush. Eventually, Davison went freelance and produced John Sayles’ first screenplay in association with Mike Medavoy. The 6th Day marks the fifth collaboration between Medavoy and Davison.
