Young British actress Ayesha Dharker has worked extensively in theatre, film and television. She has earned much international praise for her role of Malli in Terrorist, The (1999). She was nominated for Best Actress Award at the National Film Awards of India and won the Best Artistic Contribution Award at the Cairo Film Festival.
