Bill & Ted Face the Music DVD
The future awaits when "Bill & Ted Face the Music" arrives on 4K, Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital. Directed by Dean Parisot and written by Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon, "Bill & Ted Face the Music" is the third film in the Bill & Ted franchise and a sequel to "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure" and "Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey".

Keanu Reeves ("The Matrix" films, "John Wick" films) and Alex Winter (the "Bill & Ted" films) reprise their roles as the respective title characters and William Sadler ("The Highwaymen", "The Shawshank Redemption") reprises his role as the Grim Reaper in "Bill & Ted Face the Music".

William ‘Bill’ S. Preston Esq. (Alex Winter) and Theodore ‘Ted’ Logan (Keanu Reeves) are still yet to fulfil their rock and roll destiny, the now middle-aged best friends set out on a new adventure when a visitor from the future warns them that only their song can save life as we know it.

Along the way, they will be helped by their daughters, a new batch of historical figures, and a few music legends - to seek the song that will set their world right and bring harmony in the universe.

Bill and Ted quickly became a cultural phenomenon back in 1989 beloved by teenagers across the world. And whilst its sequel in 1991 didn't quite live up to the success and critical acclaim of the original hit film it still stood up as an enjoyable music inspired romp through time.

Both films were full of energy and driven by the charisma of young, up and coming movie stars Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter.

Winter may have hit the highpoint of his career with this seminal role but Reeves would go on to the sort of Hollywood success that few actors ever experience being the star of many hit indie productions and of course the major star of The Matrix films.

Now thirty years later the Wyld Stallions are back. But has time and life taken a toll on the boys or are they as bodacious and crazy as ever? The answer is a little of both. It would be unfair to expect 50 odd year old actors to bring the same level of energy and verve to this film. But its clear that the two guys really tried and their commitment cannot be faulted. Also along for the ride this time, and providing some female perspective, are their two daughters played by Brigette Lundy-Paine and Samara Weaving respectively.

Bill and Ted Face the Music is a funny and heartwarming comedy full of nostalgia. It lives up to the spirit of the original films and offers fans peek into the lives of their favourite Wyld Stallions would be rockstars - at middle age! And finds them to be a wyld as ever!
