CÉDRIC KLAPISCH (Writer/Director)
Cédric Klapisch both wrote and directed L'AUBERGE ESPAGNOLE, a runaway box-office hit in France and an award winner at festivals across the globe, ultimately garnering France's Oscar® equivalent, the César, in the category of Best Female Newcomer for Cécile De France and receiving five César nominations including Best Film, Best Director, Best Writing, Best Editing and Best Supporting Actress for Judith Godrèche.
Klapisch has won one Cesar - Best Writing for UN AIR DE FAMILLE - and received a total of eight César nominations including Best Director and Best Film for UN AIR DE FAMILLE, Best First Work for RIENS DU TOUT and Best Short Film for CE QUI ME MEUT. He won a Lumiére Award for Best Screenplay for last year's EMBRASSEZ QUI VOUS VOUDREZ.
Klapisch's additional filmography as a writer and director includes : NI POUR, NI CONTRE, PEUT-ÊTRE, LE RAMONEUR DES LILAS, CHACUN CHERCHE SON CHAT and LE PÉRIL JEUNE. Klapisch helmed but did not pen the following : LUMIÈRE ET COMPAGNIE, 3000 SCÉNARIOS CONTRE UN VIRUS, POISSON ROUGE.

DOMINIQUE COLIN (Director of Photography)
L'AUBERGE ESPAGNOLE marks Cinematographer Dominique Colin's fourth film with Director Cédric Klapisch. The two first joined forces in 1989 for CE QUI ME MEUT, which was followed by RIENS DU TOUT in 1992 and LE PÉRIL JEUNE in 1994.
Colin's filmography also includes the following : LE CONVOYEUR, REINES D'UN JOUR, VIRILITÉ, REIN À FAIRE, L'AME-SŒUR, GOOD BOYS USE CONDOMS, SODOMITES, SEUL CONTRE TOUS, ETERNELLES and CARNE. Colin also served as DP on "Le Temps d'un éclair. "

FRANÇOIS EMMANUELLI (Production Designer)
L'AUBERGE ESPAGNOLE is the fifth joint project between Production Designer François Emmanuelli and Director Cédric Klapisch. Their previous collaborations were CHACUN CHERCHE SON CHAT ; PEUT-ÊTRE, for which Emmanuelli received a César nomination; LE PÉRIL JEUNE and UN AIR DE FAMILLE.
Emmanuelli's filmography also includes : JE SUIS UN ÉCRIVAIN RATÉ, AH ! SI J'ÉTAIS RICHE, CRAVATE CLUB, LES MORSURES DE L'AUBE, LE VÉLO DE GHISLAIN LAMBERT, LE GOÛT DES AUTRES, LES GRANDES BOUCHES, LES APPRENTIS, LE GOÛT DU FER and LES ARCANDIERS.

Francine Sandberg has edited six of the 12 films Cédric Klapisch has directed thus far in his career. These inlude : CHACUN CHERCHE SON CHAT, PEUT-ÊTRE, LE PÉRIL JEUNE, RIENS DU TOUT, UN AIR DE FAMILLE and L'AUBERGE ESPAGNOLE, for which she received a César nomination.

LOÏK DURY a. k. a. KOUZ 1 (Music by)
Loik Dury is the leader of Kraked Unit, a Parisian collective of various musicians/ singers/ producers that works in every musical field from soundtracks to clubland. In addition to L'AUBERGE ESPAGNOLE, Dury is credited with the soundtracks for PEUT-ETRE and NI POUR, NI CONTRE.
