The video, which provides the first full look at the finale of Stephenie Meyer's vampire series, was due to launch at tonight's MTV Movie Awards.

Starring Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner, Breaking Dawn centres on Edward Cullen and Bella Swan as their unborn child becomes a target for the Quileute and Volturi covens.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 will open in cinemas this November, while its follow-up Breaking Dawn - Part 2 is scheduled for release in November 2012.
