Kisses (2008) - Synopsis

Dylan and Kylie are two kids living on the outskirts of Dublin, who run away from their abusive homes and set off for the bright lights of the city in search of Dylan’s older brother and a better life. Hitching a lift along the canal, their fun begins as they revel in their new found freedom and friendship. But as night wears on and the darker characters of the street emerge, Dylan and Kylie find the initial excitement of their adventure fading fast. Out of cash and out of luck, they must rely on the kindness of strangers, the songs of Bob Dylan and trust in each other to survive.

Directed by Lance Daly and Winner of Best Feature at the Foyle and Galway film festivals, Kisses is a touching and moving modern fairytale about two lost souls who find each other in the mysteries and magic of the city.
