Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid (1973) - Details

In this romanticized look at a legend, Sheriff Pat Garrett (James Coburn) tracks the infamous Billy the Kid (Kris Kristofferson) through the eastern New Mexico scrub. Look for singer-songwriter Bob Dylan in his film debut (playing Alias, a sometimes outlaw) and a wonderful but brief appearance by Slim Pickens as Sheriff Colin Baker.
