Rocky II (1979) - Details

After having drawn the match with World Heavyweight Champion Apollo Creed, Rocky is challenged to a rematch, which he declines. He is now married to Adrian and has a good living lined up with some advertising work. This however doesn't work out and he is forced back to doing what he knows best, despite his doctor and Adrian's wishes.
