Frequency (2000) - Details

While rummaging through his cellar, down on his luck policeman John Sullivan comes across the old ham radio that belonged to his late Father Frank. Fiddling around with it, he discovers that when the aurora borealis (Northern lights) is visable,he can speak to his Dad 3o years ago- only days before he died. Having re-established the paternal bond, the two try to stop the notorious Nightingale Killer from murdering John's Mother in 1969.
