No Harry Potter Costumes For Halloween

Taking speedy action, a federal judge Monday told a New York maker of Halloween costumes to remove all of its Harry Potter costumes from store shelves at once.

U.S. District court Judge Louis L. Stanton acted just hours after Time Warner, which holds film rights to the Potter series, asked the judge to issue a restraining order against Disguise Inc, claiming that only its Warner Bros. Studio Stores have rights to sell the Harry costumes -- and they won't be available until next year.
