Grant And Cage's Persuasive Offer

A-list actors HUGH GRANT and NICOLAS CAGE have been convinced to join forces for a film remake of the smash 1970s television show -THE PERSUADERS.

The pair will take over from original performers ROGER MOORE, 73, and TONY CURTIS, 75, with 40-year-old Grant playing aristocrat LORD BRETT SINCLAIR and Cage, 36, in the role of Brooklyn heavy turned playboy DANNY WILDE.

Grant has been wanting to play the role for 2 years and filming finally begins in March (01). (KW/WNTMI/PDD)
