The ex-BAYWATCH babe upstaged some of the biggest male stars in the world with her revealing cross-over dress, which was almost entirely open in the front.

The fifth annual awards in New York named SIR ELTON JOHN as Humanitarian of the Year, RUSSELL CROWE as Best Actor and SOPRANOS star JAMES GANDOLFINI as Best Television Actor.
